13th Annual Abby’s House Hybrid 5K Run/Walk

Thank you for an amazing and successful Abby’s House 5K! The 13th Annual Abby’s House Hybrid 5K Run/Walk exceeded its fundraising goal this year because of supporters like you! Starting strong on October 8th with virtual participants and ending with an inspiring, sunny race day for in-person participants on October 15th, we welcomed 411 in-person and virtual participants across the U.S. and Canada who completed #FiveToHelpHerThrive in support of our mission.
When we combine individual donations, registration fees, team fundraising efforts, sponsorships, raffle proceeds, and the online auction, more than $71,174, was raised to support women and children who call Abby’s House home!

Raise $500+ & Receive an Abby’s House T-Shirt
Race registrants who raised $500 or more by October 15th qualify to receive a special Abby’s House athletic t-shirt as a thank-you gift after the race!
*Note: Those who qualify will receive an email requesting the size and address to mail the t-shirt. Please note that t-shirts are being designed and will be mailed as a thank you after the race.

Abby’s House fundraises throughout the year to support more than 500 women & children annually. Your gifts and your personal fundraisers ensure women can access shelter and supportive housing, and personalized case management services to help her move forward towards her goals.
How can my business support the women and children of Abby’s House after the 5K?
Missed the sponsorship opportunites of the 5K? We’ll be hosting the annual Spring-Tacular celebration in May 2023! Check back for sponsorship opportunities starting in January 2023.
Businesses have created give back days, Jeans Days, and more to raise money to donate to Abby’s House! Your fundraiser will raise awareness of the programs at Abby’s House supporting women and children. Email Meghan Person, Communications & Development Specialist, for any logos or materials you can share with customers and staff.
Volunteers are needed year-round to assist in the many programs that support women and children. Even though you missed race day, you can volunteer at another time with your team to support Abby’s House. Contact Volunteer Coordinator Kathleen Suchenski, to coordinate a volunteer day!
