In-Person Runners & Walkers!

Now that you’re registered, what’s next?

PICK UP YOUR BIB NUMBER

Participants joining us for the In-Person Race on Saturday, 10/19 should  pick up their bib numbers on Thursday, October 17th from 10:00 am-2:00 pm and 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at: Abby’s House, 52 High Street, Worcester, MA 01609. Participants who are joining us virtually can submit their times without a bib number.

You can also register on race day at West Boylston Middle/High School on Saturday, 10/19 from 8 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. only. We are unfortunately unable to accept registrations after 8:30 a.m.

Please note that race day is very busy, and to ensure you can get registered in time to join us, we recommend registering online and during Bib Pickup on 10/12 at Abby’s House.

Date/Location/Parking
Date: Saturday, October 19th. Participants start arriving at 7:30 a.m.
Location: West Boylston Middle/High School, 125 Crescent St, West Boylston, MA
Parking is available at the school, as well as on the street. For larger teams who are able, carpooling is a great option! View parking map.

Interested in seeing the course you will be running? View the map here. Signs will be all around the course to guide you, and Abby’s House staff and volunteers will be on the course to assist if needed.

Pick Up Your Bib Number on Race Day
Bibs are to be picked up from 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. on in-person race day, October 14th.You can still register for the in-person 5K on race day, which ends at 8:30 a.m. promptly. Unfortunately, we cannot take anymore registrations after 8:30 a.m. Come early to secure your spot!

What to bring on Race Day

  • Cash/Credit for Raffles or to Register

  • Layers, it’s chilly in the morning!

  • It looks like the rain is holding off, but still be prepared for it!

  • Water Bottles (water is also available at the race)

  • Hat/Sunscreen/Gloves or whatever you need to stay comfortable.

PARTICIPATE IN RACE DAY RAFFLES

Bring cash or a credit card to join in fun raffles on race day! We’ll have amazing raffle prizes for you to win including a gift cards and gift baskets! Raffle tickets will be sold from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with winners announced along with race winners around 11 a.m.

Enter to Win a Lottery Tree by Bringing a Non-Perishable Item! Bring a non-perishable item to the Abby’s House 5K and be entered to win a scratch ticket lottery tree!

TAKE PHOTOS ON RACE DAY & SHARE WITH US

Tag us in your social media posts about this year’s 5K race, tell us why you’re participating, and send us pictures or video of you/your team at the 5K! BID IN THE ONLINE AUCTION

Bidding on auction items is an easy (and fun!) way to support the women and children who rely on the services that Abby’s House provides. Check out the available auction items now by visiting 32auctions.com/Abbyshouse5k2024.

This year’s auction will remain open until 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 19th. Winners will be notified via email. 


WHAT TO BRING ON RACE DAY

  • The 5K is rain or shine! If rain is in the forecast, bring a raincoat, poncho, or umbrella.
  • If registering on race day, bring cash or credit card to pay the race fee.
  • Abby’s House 5K T-Shirts and baseball caps will be for sale and raffles will be available at the race, so bring cash or credit to get your tickets!
  • Water bottles – Water will be available halfway through the course and at the finish line, but feel free to bring your own to stay hydrated!
