Abby’s House, a housing, shelter and advocacy group in downtown Worcester, will dedicate its new $16.2-million center Monday.
The agency’s apartment complex for women on High Street has been expanded, given new windows and a new elevator system and made entirely handicapped-accessible, along with upgraded electrical, plumbing and heating systems.
