Our shelter is a temporary night shelter for women with or without children. Shelter is open between the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. During the day the shelter is closed.

Abby’s House provides an independent living environment. We are a dry/substance free shelter. Guests in the shelter are required to meet with an Advocate at Abby’s House at least once per week to develop an Empowerment Plan and receive case management services.

Our Shelter is designed to support individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Women and children only
  • Children must be 13 or under
  • Women with children must apply for Emergency Assistance (Family Shelter) at the DTA Office. If you do not qualify, you should have a denial letter to be considered for Abby’s House Shelter
