8th Annual Spring-Tacular – presented by CAC Worcester

Join us for the 8th annual Spring-Tacular, lighting the way for safety, healing and new beginnings for 45 years, presented by the Counseling & Assessment Clinic of Worcester, LLC. This year’s event is a 7-day celebration and online auction beginning on Friday, May 7th and will conclude with a special presentation on Thursday, May 13th at 6:30 p.m.
We’ve set a goal to raise $100,000 to support the growing need for the shelter, housing, and advocacy programs for women and children at Abby’s House. Through your generosity over the last 7 days, we’ve met the $25,000 matching gift challenge from an anonymous donor! Because of this incredible show of support to the women and children of Abby’s House, one of our long-term volunteers has been inspired and is proposing an ADDITIONAL matching challenge! All donations made today, Thursday, May 13th through midnight will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $5,000. You can also help us unlock this additional matching gift by making a gift using the form below. You can also help us reach the $100,000 goal by participating in this year’s online auction at 32auctions.com/abbyshouse2021.
Here are some examples of how your gift can make an impact:
- $48 provides one night of safe shelter, 1:1 case management, and access to our referral network of 123+ health and social service agencies to a woman or child.
- $100 to support increased demand for transportation so that women can get to medical appointments, work or job interviews, and the grocery store.
- $336 provides one week of safe shelter, 1:1 case management, and access to our referral network of 123+ health and social service agencies to a woman or child.
- $500 to help cover rent or unexpected bills that our residents and guests may be having trouble paying due to the ongoing health crisis and the impact its had on their jobs. For example, many women work front-line jobs and have had a reduction in their hours.
- $1,440 provides one month of safe shelter, 1:1 case management, and access to our referral network of 123+ health and social service agencies to a woman or child.
