Abby’s House is happy to welcome Alexa Silva as Women’s Advocate. Alexa has experience helping individuals and families connect to key resources that promote self-sufficiency. She brings experience as a social worker and program coordinator at Rhode Island Hospital. Alexa says, "I am so grateful to join the Abby's House team as a Women's Services Advocate. I am honored to be a part of the Abby's House legacy and mission to support women and children experiencing homelessness. I am extremely passionate about women's rights and empowering women to meet their goals. I firmly support Abby’s vision to empower the women we serve to lead self-directed lives filled with dignity and hope.
