This year’s Abby’s House 5K Run/Walk, presented by Concentric Energy Advisors, will be virtual. Register today and run, walk or do any physical activity for 3.1 miles in support of homeless and low-income women and children who come to Abby’s House looking for a safe place to call home. This year’s race can be completed any time between October 1 – October 17th in ANY location of your choosing. Wherever you are, we will still be united in our mission towards providing homeless, battered, and low-income women, with or without children, a safe place to call home. Click here for important participant information.
We are 16 people away from reaching our 400 participant goal! Walk or run #FiveToHelpHerThrive and help raise $45,000 to support the shelter, housing, and advocacy programs for women and children who are at greatest risk of homelessness.
How your support can make an impact:
$48 provides one night of safe shelter, 1:1 case management, and access our referral network of 123+ health and social service agencies to a woman or child.
$100 supports the increased demand for food and personal items for our residents and shelter guests.
$336 provides one week of safe shelter, 1:1 case management, and access our referral network of 123+ health and social service agencies to a woman or child.
$500 helps offset increased expenses for updated technology to keep both residents and shelter guests connected with medical providers and mental health councilors, as well as to file for unemployment and benefits remotely.
$1,440 provides one month of safe shelter, 1:1 case management, and access our referral network of 123+ health and social service agencies to a woman or child.
